First Bake Club Meeting!

A few months ago my girlfriend and I decided to start a bake club.

A place where women who LOVE to bake could get together to try new recipes, perfect old recipes, and enjoy some good old-fashioned girl time.

Our first meeting was a SUCCESS!

We decided to tackle cupcake pops. Check out Bakerella's website to see her famous cupcake pops online and to get the recipe.

There is quite the process to make these lovelies. But worth it! It gave us ladies a chance to chat it up!

Once the bottom chocolate part is dried, we dipped the cupcakes into pink or blue "frosting" and added sprinkles (oh, and jelly beans which allowed us to pretend that spring was right around the corner...).

Look at this display our hostess set up! We were giddy. And SO excited to see the final product.

We even made a few not attached to a stick. The variations are endless!
